Mary Touch-Ella

Mary was born and raised in Oakland, CA, and attended Oakland Unified School District. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – Certificate in Human Resources Management.

Mary has worked in Human Resources all her career and for non-profits, the private sector, and corporations. She enjoyed working with internal customers (and other clients) to educate them on how a person from Human Resources can help. She is excited about the journey she will take on in this role at Oakland Public Education Fund.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time. Most importantly, to enjoy and relax for herself when she can.
